Our comfortable rustic restaurant on the 6th floor, offers you a marvellous view over the nice scenery of the Eichsfeld. Our creative culinary team spoils you with traditional dishes and unites regional tradition with international culinary art.
Furthermore, we use only the best and freshest ingredients, if possible directly from local producers. Our menu changes at regular intervals seasonally.
Hotel Bar
At our modern hotel bar, with 10-metre-long beer bar as well as 25 seats, you can let the evening fade away comfortably. Be it a good glass of wine of our house’s vineyard „Ruppert-Deginther“, a cold beer or a refreshing cocktail - here our guests will find something for every occasion.
Furthermore, we are an official Sky-sports bar and therefore show all football matches of the German national league as well as the UEFA Champions league in HD quality.
"Moonlight" sun deck
In the warm season our spacious sun deck on the 6th floor invites our guests to relax. With pleasure we serve a „cool blond“ (German slang for beer brewed from wheat) or a tasty yeast beer. Furthermore, here you can enjoy your cocktails sitting in our comfortable rattan furniture.
Relax with casual chill-out music and be inspired by our beautiful Eichsfeld countryside. We also guarantee pure holiday feeling with the crackling fire in the fireplace …
Of course, here you can also order tasty dishes from our menu. We also serve big fruity sundaes - from 7 different kinds of ice.
Under advance notification, our solar terrace is also available for groups any time.

In our well-kept breakfast area a large good morning breakfast buffet with a lot of different delicacies is served. You will find everything the heart desired: from fresh original Eichsfelder baker's rolls to about home-baked jams, different juices and cold cuts. For special wishes our friendly breakfast staff is gladly at your disposal.
Or as an exclusive breakfast guest simply feast on our tasty breakfast menu with even more choices.
Of course, every day we offer a selection of current newspapers. Guests are also welcome from the outside.
With pleasure you can also apply as a group to our breakfast brunch.

Pub & Cafe "Schinkenkrug"
The old comfortable pub "Schinkenkrug" (which roughly translates as „gammon pub“) in the nearby monastery of Anrode has 40 places and also belongs to our professional gastronomic offer.
Here you can enjoy home made cake, a variety of beverage as well as tasty Eichsfelder dishes for hungry travellers.
Of course a warming open fireplace also crackles in the cold season.
We are open on Saturdays, Sundays and during holidays from 14:30 to 20:00 o’clock. With pleasure we also open beyond the opening times for special group inquiries or small festivities with buffets or menus.
You can also book excursions trough the old monastery.
